Privacy Policy

Effective October 29, 2026

The short version

  • We only get what you choose to send us.
  • This site has no ads, no ad tracking and no cookies.
  • We never sell your information.
  • A shop's customer list belongs to the shop. We only text people who said yes.

Who we are

This policy is from Pagecrisp LLC, a California limited liability company in Los Angeles, California. We run pagecrisp.com. When we say "we" or "us", we mean Pagecrisp LLC.

What we collect

Our contact form asks for:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Which plan you're interested in (you can skip this)
  • A message about your shop

The form also has a hidden, empty box that only spam robots fill in. It tells us nothing about you.

Our free shop check asks for:

  • Your shop's name and city
  • Your website (you can skip this)
  • Your email address, so we can send you the report
  • Whether you want tips from us now and then (you can skip this)

To make the report, we look up your shop's public Google Maps listing and your public website. We also save your IP address so one person can't run hundreds of checks.

If you call, text or email us, we get your phone number or email address and whatever you say.

That's all. You don't need an account to use this site.

No ad tracking, no cookies

pagecrisp.com sets no cookies. We don't use ad pixels, session recording, or anything that follows you around the web. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics and our own simple counter (which page you landed on, where you came from, and whether you used a form). Neither sets cookies or follows you to other sites. If you open a link in an email we sent you, we note that the link was opened. When you click Accept on our Terms bar, your browser saves a small note that you agreed and when, so the bar doesn't show again. That note stays on your device. We never see it.

Companies that help us run the site

A few outside companies touch your information so the site can work:

  • Cloudflare hosts this website and runs our contact form. Like any web host, it sees your IP address and basic browser details when you load a page, so it can send you the page and keep the site safe from attacks.
  • Google Fonts. Our pages load their fonts from Google's servers. When that happens, Google receives your IP address and basic browser details.
  • Resend delivers what you type in our contact form to our inbox as an email, and sends you your free shop check report.
  • Cal.com. If you click a link to book a call, you go to Cal.com. What you type there goes to Cal.com and to us.
  • Stripe. If you pay us, you pay through Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Cal.com and Stripe are plain links, not built into our pages. They only get your information if you click through and use them.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, to plan and do the work you ask for, and to keep in touch about it. We don't add you to any newsletter from the contact form. If you run a free shop check, we may email you once or twice about your report. We only send you tips if you ticked the box. Every email we send has a way to stop them.

AI tools

We use AI tools to help draft things like posts, captions and replies. A person checks everything before it goes out. We don't use AI to make decisions about you.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form messages and free shop check requests for up to 2 years, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep your records for as long as we work together and as long as the law asks, for things like taxes.

Who we share it with

Only the helpers above, and only so the site and our work can run. We never sell your information or share it with advertisers. We won't use your name or business in our marketing without your permission.

We'd only hand information to the government if the law makes us.

Texts and emails we send for shops

Some shops pay us to send texts and emails to their customers. That customer list belongs to the shop, not to us. We use it only to send what the shop asks for, and for nothing else.

  • We only text people who said yes to getting texts.
  • No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We never sell phone numbers.
  • Reply STOP to any text to quit.

The full rules are on our texting terms page.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you, fix, or delete the information we have about you. Email tommy@pagecrisp.com and we'll take care of it.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We don't track you across websites, so a "Do Not Track" signal has nothing to turn off here. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request not to sell or share your information. We don't do that anyway.

Keeping it safe

This site only loads over a secure connection, and we keep access to your information to the people who need it. No method is 100% safe, but we take care.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, tell us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. For a big change, we also put a note at the top of this page, and we email or text our clients before it starts. If our business is ever sold, we'll tell you before your information moves to a new owner.
